Summary:
Rock solid, most bang for the buck among the 600-800cc bikes
Faults:
I have the bike for only 60 miles.
No problems so far.
General Comments:
This bike replaced a 1994 Virago 750, which I still keep. I was looking for something similar and Yamaha reputation helped the selection.
Very comfortable for both driver and passenger (wife and kids)
I feel the Virago is a little more powerful, but the V Star is still OK.
Would you buy another motorcycle from this manufacturer? Yes
