2005 Honda VTX1300C review from United States of America
"This is the best bike you can buy for the money... period!"
What things have gone wrong with the motorcycle?
The only down side to the 2006 Honda VTX 1300C is the stock seat. It's uncomfortable for the longer rides, however around town for a short time it is just fine.
General comments?
The 2006 Honda VTX1300C is a great bike. This is my first "big" bike. I wasn't sure that a 1300cc was a bike that was too powerful for a novice rider.
The roll on power is impressive to say the least. It definitely has enough "zip" to get out of trouble or around another vehicle in a hurry.
The braking is great. Sufficient for the size of the bike.
The handling of the bike is another great part of this motorcycle. It handles well at highway speeds as well as extremely slow speeds. It is balanced enough, but could use a lighter stock exhaust to help with the overall balance of the bike.
The look of the bike gives the lasting impression of a custom cruiser. Drag bars and more of the street racer look can't be beat in my opinion. Simply a beautiful bike with everything you want, and enough power to fill the need for speed.
