1992 BMW K 75 S review from Australia
"A great all-rounder / commuter / workhorse that would still be hard to beat after all these years"
What things have gone wrong with the motorcycle?
Seized oil pump after period of prolonged disuse (central shaft corroded and shredded the seals).
Intermittent fault with "charge" warning light.
General comments?
Beautifully built, good-looking, quality bike.
Not too fast, but fast enough, smooth and handles superbly for its modest size.
Extremely comfortable riding position, panniers work fantastically well and keep the rain out.
Quite economical to run, because it is so reliable.
