2006 Yamaha V-Star Silverado review from United States of America
"Worth more than the asking price, a truely wonderful machine"
What things have gone wrong with the motorcycle?
The Yamaha 650 Silverado should have dual disc brakes in the front for quicker stopping.
The stock mirrors are a bit small for this size cruiser.
General comments?
The 2006 Yamaha V-Star 650 Silverado has all the whistles and bells of the "BIG" Cruisers, with the little bike price.
The stock windshield and leather hard saddle bags give it the look I wanted.
Stock floorboards slightly forward with the heal-toe shift, make for a wonderful ride.
The 650cc mill has more than enough power for me. I am 5'10 and weigh 275lbs. I have been riding all my life and this is the most comfortable machine I have ever been on!
