General comments?
This little scooter is perfect for beginners. I got it brand new from the dealer, nothing has gone wrong with it. It tops at about 40mph on a slight downhill, but 25mph uphill. Not a scooter that can take you flying, but it sure can get you through the most narrow alley in the city.
