2006 Yamaha Vino Classic review from United States of America
"It is great transportation and fun to ride"
What things have gone wrong with the motorcycle?
I have had no problems with the machine.
General comments?
I purchased this vehicle April of 2006. I have ridden it almost daily until recently. I have been averaging about 96 miles per gallon of gas. Temperature and wind seem to affect the mileage the most.
I really enjoy the handling of this scooter. I have had to lock the brakes twice. Once when a deer ran out in front of me and once when a car pulled out in front of me at an intersection. I was able to stop in time in both instances.
The only negative for the scooter is a lack of power. It slows noticeably on hills and into a strong wind. It also has slow acceleration from a stop.
I would buy another. It is great transportation around town. I would try the 125 cc to see if the acceleration from stops and slowing on hills would be corrected by the larger engine.
