Summary:
Fast, reliable, priced right, and a good warranty
Faults:
Flat tire. Got a new tire, and a nail was found in the original tire. Brake light burnt out. Replaced bulb.
General Comments:
A bit faster, and more powerful than an Aprilia 2 stroke scooter I owned before.
Pretty reliable. Except for a flat tire, and a burnt out brake light bulb, nothing else has gone wrong with the scooter.
I raced a Genuine Buddy 50cc scooter and won.
I would recommend this brand to anybody else. Yeah, it is Chinese but very reliable. A couple of my friends have bought Baccio models of scooters, and are still happy with them today.
Would you buy another motorcycle from this manufacturer? Yes

Good to know. I've been eying this brand and have heard nothing negative so far. They seem to be the only respectable, quality 2 stroke offering in the US.

If anyone has time for advice, I have come into a 2005 Baccio 50cc scooter that has been sitting in the rain. I don't know a thing about scooters, but it won't start. The repair shop tells me I am looking at least to spend three hundred to get "a varnish type of clog" out of the carburetor. Could I do it myself with time and space, are there parts, or is this something a beginner with little space to work worth paying a few hundred?
Thank you all for your time and interest; I am poor, but getting this scooter going would give me some freedom, job range and some fun.
Douglas.
