2011 BRP Can-Am Spyder SE5
I enjoy the motorcycle
My largest complaint is that the manufacturer chose to vent the extremely hot air from the oil cooler and radiator directly on the rider's feet.
I live in Phoenix, and must limit the times I can ride to mornings and evenings, when the temperature is cool enough not to burn my feet.
Many times I have had to ride home with my feet up on the Can Am chrome pieces on the cowling. I have returned with my ankles bright red and unable to put my feet on the pegs, which includes the brake pedal.
The motorcycle seems to be well engineered in other areas, which amazes me that they subject the rider to the hot extremes of the radiator and oil cooler.
My motorcycle is bright red and gets lots of attention.
I truly appreciate the adjustability of the windshield.
I appreciate the good brakes and the fairly quick acceleration.
I like the paddle shifter.
Would you buy another motorcycle from this manufacturer? Yes
