2005 Polaris Victory Kingpin

Summary:

Absolutely great!

General Comments:

I bought this bike as a deal too good to pass up. My wife and I were looking for a nice two up cruiser that wouldn't break the bank. So, like almost everyone else, I was looking at used Harley cruisers.

We came across the Kingpin as it was being unloaded off the truck, and we fell in love. It was a new, never titled, 2005 that was found in a warehouse in New Jersey. We couldn't let it go by. I'm so glad we didn't. It is the best bang for the buck I've ever gotten. This bike just eats up the miles. I've taken it on several long trips, and don't get saddle sore for hours. My wife fits comfortably behind me, and doesn't change acceleration and handling much.

I hope and pray Victory will be around for a good long time, because I have a new favorite manufacturer.

2008 Polaris Victory Kingpin

Summary:

Reliable and fast

Faults:

Nothing.

General Comments:

Honestly, Victory make a very good motorcycle, but no one seems to buy them.

My bike is a 2008 Kingpin; it is very comfortable, it gets about 43mpg and has power to spare.

The paint looks great and is of high quality, but I think it would benefit from a few more coats of clear for scratch protection. The minor scuffs I have received were easily buffed out.

The controls are well placed, and everything just works as it is supposed to. Overall it is a great bike that I will be riding for many years to come.
