2004 Kawasaki EX500 review from United States of America
"Excellent beginner or low cost canyon blaster"
What things have gone wrong with the motorcycle?
Nothing.
General comments?
Purchased with less than 1,000 miles on odometer.
Handling is very precise and light.
Very forgiving seating position for longer rides.
Rather small for 6 foot tall riders.
Adequate torque but not exciting. The higher you rev the motor, the more torque you get.
Kawasaki has been making this model forever, so all the bugs have been worked out.
Inexpensive insurance.
