2013 Polaris Victory Cross Country Tour from United States of America
Solid, powerful, trustworthy, and extremely roomy
I bought this bike from a private seller, so anything adjustable was adjusted to fine tune it to my needs. That included clutch, front brake lever, throttle bar end weight, shift lever, headlight aim, tire pressure, and shock pressure. But all of that is also part of the regular routine.
The motorcycle is better than expected. Some riders, including myself, may need the 2" pullback bars (I'm 5'8" tall). Not a problem, and they don't require new cables to install.
The bags are HUGE. The trunk alone holds my helmet and gloves along with my wife's helmet and gloves with plenty of room to spare. I feel I could take this bike out for a week with my wife and take a change of clothes for every day, and still have room for all of my gear and tow a camper.
Wind management is very good, although an electric windscreen would be welcome and the 4 vent controls are a reach trying to adjust while moving. The lower vents can be managed with your feet once you have a feel for them. Closing the lower vents affects fuel mileage slightly, but there's enough heat to not want to close them until temps drop under 60F.
Would you buy another motorcycle from this manufacturer? Yes
