1996 Suzuki RF900 from United States of America

Summary:

My best bike in 40+ years of riding

Faults:

Bought it used with owner-inflicted defects.

Seat height too much for 5'8" rider.

General Comments:

Changed to Corbin seat, Heli-bars, and it is very comfortable for average 400-mile days.

Extremely easy to ride fast for long distances.

Very good fuel mileage (near 50mpg in cruise).

As quick as any 600, and much quicker in roll-on.

More top speed than necessary.

Parts are plentiful and cheap.

Still turns heads.

1995 Suzuki RF900 from United States of America

Summary:

All around well built, and performs great

Faults:

Never had any break downs or problems, but did drop it at like 30mph with oil on the front and back tires. A little scratched on the left side, but easy to fix.

It always keeps up with the new bikes. I think it's a really fast bike. but heavy. Sitting on it riding, it feels like a 600. But you can tell it's a big beast between your legs.

I have had it up to 190, and it seems to want more.

I will not sell it. Its keys will stay on my key chain for good, or until I total it.

General Comments:

I have been on many bikes my whole life, but fell in love with this one; she's my baby.

I hang with everything but the Hayabusa 1300.
