"Nice light, easy handling bike"

What things have gone wrong with the motorcycle?

Choke knob doesn't stay pulled out all the way. Have to hold it by hand or the engine will die.

General comments?

Very nice handling bike due to its size, yet is still plenty powerful.

The gear shift lever is too low, but I am having trouble adjusting it due to the kickstand bracket, which is on so tight I haven't been able to loosen it.

Seat is not too comfy, definitely will need to upgrade.

The handlebars are a bit narrow; I find myself clutching only the other half of the throttle. I am 5'8", 160lbs and the bar position is very comfortable but is not a sporty position.

The bike is a cold starter though. Definitely needs a choke every time. Even today, sitting for 4 hours after riding (in the 70 degree sun), I had to use the choke. The choke knob doesn't stay when pulled out all the way. I need to hold it in place.

Update (2 weeks after purchase). I've put 400 miles on the bike now and here is my impression. The choke knob still sucks. I have to physically hold it out all the way (past the last click that will stay on its own) or the engine will die.

The seat is okay, but I find myself pushing my butt back into the curvature of the seat (or my arms are squished), so I am having a custom seat maker carve out the back a bit (and add a gel padding for $225). I am 5'8" with 30" inseam.

Power is great. Handling is great. Getting 50mpg.

Will add a memphis windshield soon.
