1990 Honda CBR250R review from Australia
"Excellent first bike to learn how to ride and maintain"
What things have gone wrong with the motorcycle?
First bike, treated well throughout its life.
* Front fork seals needed replacing pretty soon after I bought it.
* New chain and sprockets at 55,000kms.
General comments?
No other (or major) problems. The bike is serviced regularly. Always starts first kick - barely need choke most of the time. Responds well and stops effectively. Excellent in traffic, especially if you intend to lane split.
Servicing and parts can be more $ than you'd initially expect, because a lot of the CBR250R's are grey imports into Australia.
