2003 Triumph Trophy 1200 review from United States of America
"A lot of bike of bike for the money, very under rated"
What things have gone wrong with the motorcycle?
Worn rear tire upon purchase.
General comments?
It is top heavy, practice in empty lots to get the feel of it.
It moves. 3 digits, you won't know until you look at the speedometer!
Eats Interstate and 2 lane - no problem.
Can be thirsty at high speed.
Get seat reupholstered with stiffer foam.
Can be twitchy in STRONG crosswinds.
Not very happy on dirt or gravel roads.
Did 750 miles in 3 days (mostly mountain roads) none the worse for wear. I'm 59 and 6'1". This bike is as capable as most owners, if not more.
