I have a 2007 Roadstar Midnight Silverado; no problems ever.

Just an oil change every 4k miles. I will purchase another Yamaha.

I have a 2006 Yamaha Road Star. The problem I have is the transmission middle gear shaft is wrong. They installed a 2005 shaft, and stripped the pulley and the shaft. What should I do?

Nicest motorcycle I have ever owned

No problems at all.

General Comments:

This bike is great for highway cruising.

The 5th gear overdrive keeps the RPM`s down for smooth highway speeds.

The seat is not very comfortable.

Tall riders could use a little more leg room.
