Rocker box gasket.
Ignition pickup.
Plug wires separated at coil boot.
Speedometer cable backed out.
Classic styling and comfortable ride in one package. Other than a few minor things, it's been a great ride. The best thing I ever did for myself.
Yup. Great bike. I have the 2005, which I think was the first year of re-introduction of the FLSTN. Mine is the Softail Deluxe. It's been great. Stock saddle and exhaust setup sucks, but I corrected that with Mustang saddle and Thunder header.
I am looking for a Heritage, but have heard several comments about the bike locking up and going out of control at certain medium speeds. I know of three experienced riders having this issue. Is this true, has it been determined unsafe?
