You can jump start the bike very easy. I had the battery run flat on me twice by turning off the bike in parking mode (key up). I asked a bystander to give me a push and had it started instantly.

If you want to turn the engine over, here's what I do. I will push the bike up the nearest hill, then (hopefully there's little or no traffic) push and jump on with the bike in second gear. I have started a lot of bikes that needed the extra RPM to get going, and then after getting warmed up, was able to be dialed in.
