Hi,

I have a PULSAR 150cc. Mileage for this bike is hardly 30-35 km/l. I use it to drive only @ 40 km/ph, but I still don't know why its giving such low mileage. But more over, I love my bike as it's really masculine.

Hey guys,

I bought a Pulsar 180 full black last year in July, almost as soon as it was launched. I was at first in love with the Karizma for its acceleration and looks, but the day I saw the new Pulsar, I did not think twice to buy it.

The 180 is an amazing bike when it comes to all aspects, be it power, acceleration, initial cost, maintenance etc... I've touched a top speed of about 110-120 so far, and still not got the chance to take it to its peak. The bike gives me a mileage of about 40-42kms under city conditions.

The only problem I have been facing with the bike so far, is that the chain gets loose after 500-700kms, and gives out a bad noise in lower gears. Except for that, the bike is an amazing piece of engineering.

I would seriously recommend a Pulsar 180 instead of Karizma if you are considering mileage, maintenance cost etc... otherwise both bikes are superb in its own way.

Hi friends,

My name is Anil and I have a great interest in the automobile field. After I used a Hero Honda Splendor, I've taken a Bajaj Caliber.

Really it was great in pick up and milege. If you compare with Hero Honda bikes, the Bajaj bikes are good. But only one problem persists with the chain.

The newly coming launched alloy wheeled Pulsar, is a great and most liked bike of mine. I rode one last month. Compared with Unicorn, the "death of devil" bike, it's great to handle. Any way, I got my dream bike. Thank You Bajaj.

Hi guys, I'm Ajay from Hyderabad. I own a maroon Pulsar 150dtsi. I purchased it two months back. It's great and has good pickup. I want to know one thing... when I drive over 70 or 80kmph for 5 to 10 kms, or at 60 for half an hour, the engine generates a hissing sound... like an overheating sound. Why is this happening? Is it common with all the pulsars?

Please mail me at ajjuchakri@yahoo.com for clarifying my doubt.

Apart from this, the bike is awesome & has got a very smooth suspension. It's stable at high speeds over 100kmph.

Hi to every one.

I have decided to buy a bike on my birthday (next month) & I am really confused. Should I go for the new Pulsar model or the TVS Apache. Can someone help me? Is there any new bike in the market better than these?

Hi guys. I am Neeraj Bhandari from Delhi. I bought Pulsar 150 DTSI in May this year.

Astonishingly it is giving around 70 KM/PL since I bought it. I usually ride at 60 KM/Hr. Handling is excellent and I haven't rode any bike smoother than this. Suspension is second to none and braking is excellent too.

Look wise nothing beats the 150DTSI except the 180 (all black). Acceleration is good too, but I think CBZ performs better in this regard. Gear shift is pretty good too.

The only problem that I face is when you brake suddenly from say 60 to say 20 KM/Hr, it is hard to gear down the bike from 5th to say 2nd or 3rd gear. Still, I'll give the 150 10 out of 10.

Hi guys,

I bought a Pulsar 150cc four days back. Before buying it I was confused about which bike I should buy in the 150 segment. At last I came to two bikes - Tvs Apache & Pulsar 150cc. So those guys who are in a confusion which to buy, Apache or Pulsar 150cc. Better go for the Pulsar 150cc, since it has much pick up than the Apache. So go for Pulsar 150cc...

Hi Varun Sharma here, I just want to ask why I've got a hissing sound coming from my new Pulsar 150dts-i with alloy wheels, even though I've had it serviced regularly, and I'm not going abobe 80kmph and it giving a mileage of 40-45kmpl.

Please suggest to me ways to make the performance of my bike better. I will be very thankful to the person who will solve my problems. Thanks.

Hi, I'm Varun Bhardwaj from Sonipat. I recently brought a 2003 model non dtsi Pulsar recently, I modified to run it on gas, and it is giving me a good average of 100 km in 45 rs gas. But I'm facing a strange problem with the bike, after warming up, the bike itself starts racing up, the rpm itself starts increasing. If anyone knows the solution to this problem, please mail it to me on my email address varunrashu@yahoo.com, else the bike is a real pleasure to drive.

Hi, this is Siddith.

I have a Bajaj Pulsar 150dts-i. It's fantastic.

I think there is no competition between Pulsar and any another bike in the 150 segment.

Hi, this is Kishore from Bangalore. I'm a proud owner of a geny grey metallic Honda Unicorn. I'm speechless regarding the performance i.e. it is absolutely awesome.

I have done 2500kms with 50 litres of fuel. To date my bike is as good as new. The paint quality is excellent compared to other bikes on the market.

I have managed speeds upto 116kms/hr quite frequently. The pick-up is also the best in class. The engine is no doubt best in the world as it is from the world's best and leading bike manufacturer, HONDA MOTORCYCLES!
